Professional Development
By providing workshops, mentoring, and coaching sessions, we empower young people to develop the essential skills needed for success in their career journey. Through tailored support and guidance, we aim to enhance their employability, enabling them to secure meaningful opportunities that are aligned with their aspirations.

Wellbeing
Our safe and inclusive space fosters a supportive environment where young people can thrive emotionally and mentally. Through group and one-to-one sessions, we address topics such as stress management, self-care, resilience building, and healthy relationships, all in relation to work and adult life.
Networks and community connections fostering opportunities and support.
Social Capital
Through community engagement activities, collaborative projects, and networking events, we facilitate the development of social connections and support networks for young people. By strengthening their social capital, we empower young people to access resources, information, and opportunities that may otherwise be inaccessible.
Our Story
We’re a community interest company that works to provide 16-30-year-olds the support needed to explore their interests, improve their career prospects, and as a result, live thriving adult lives.
Initially operating under LDN Apprenticeships (LDN), we established ourselves as a sister company in 2022 to give focus to the support being delivered through our youth club, mentoring, and events.
Our vision is for every young person to have access to the services needed to support their journey into a fulfilling adult life.
We believe in a future where every young person has the skills, confidence and connections to live a life with happiness, balance and aspiration.
By creating and utilising relationships with individual professionals, employers and established community organisations, we support the development of the future workforce and work towards removing common barriers to employment.

To achieve this, we provide a space where young people feel safe to explore their aspirations, support for young people to develop the skills they need for work and life and events and workshops that enable young people to build their network and grow their social capital.
