Our Story
We began as part of LDN Apprenticeships. In 2022, we became an independent Community Interest Company after recognising the need for support that looks at the whole person – not only qualifications, but confidence, wellbeing, relationships, and access to opportunity.
Today, we operate as a community-rooted youth hub in South London. Young people come to us to connect, reflect, build skills, and move forward at a pace that works for them.
Our work spans open-access youth space, mentoring, employer engagement, group sessions, and wellbeing-led activity. We focus on creating an environment where young people feel respected, taken seriously, and supported consistently – whether they are navigating education, employment, personal challenges, or simply the transition through adulthood.
We collaborate with local partners, businesses, public services, and local authorities to make support more joined-up and accessible. And we’re here for the long term – helping young people build direction, confidence, skills, and networks that last beyond any single programme.
Our Mission & Values
We invest in young people aged 16 to 30 so they can build thriving adult lives.
For us, this means creating an environment where young people feel welcome, respected, and supported to move forward in ways that make sense for them.
We provide a space where they can reflect, build confidence, develop practical skills, strengthen relationships, and access real opportunities. Our work spans building social capital, improving wellbeing and developing professionally – recognising that progress rarely happens in isolation.
Every aspect of our work revolves around our values:
Connection | Building relationships to minimise gaps in the system
Collaboration | Doing more and doing better by working together
Consistency | Reliable, quality support that can be trusted
Celebration | Recognising the “big” and “small” wins
