Our Work
Our work is grounded in three core themes that shape everything we do:
Professional Development, Wellbeing, and Social Capital.
These themes work together to support young people not only in getting into work, but in building meaningful, balanced and supported lives.
Skill-building, career exploration, and achieving professional goals.
Professional Development
We support young people to develop their confidence and career-readiness through:
Tailored one-to-one mentoring and coaching
Workshops that build practical skills like CV writing, interview prep, and communication
Events that introduce young people to new opportunities and sectors
Holistic support encompassing both physical and mental wellness.
Wellbeing
We know that positive mental health and emotional resilience are key to long-term success. That’s why we:
Provide a safe, welcoming space where young people feel seen and have fun
Embed wellbeing into all of our services, from how we design workshops to how we work one-to-one
Offer sessions in our centre focused on physical and mental wellness
Networks and community connections fostering opportunities and support.
Social Capital
Success is about more than just skills. It’s also about who and what you know. We help young people to build and strengthen their networks through:
Drop-ins and group sessions that build peer connections
Employer-connected events and collaborative projects
Opportunities to meet and learn from professionals across industries
Access & Support
How young people access support
Young people can connect with us through our centre in Stockwell, our partnerships with schools and community organisations, or by being referred by local services like Jobcentres or the DWP. We make our services accessible, informal, and responsive to each young person’s needs.
Our approach
We believe in co-creation and community. We listen to the young people we work with, adapt what we offer based on their feedback, and work closely with partners to deliver wraparound support that has real, lasting impact.
