“I also deliver wellbeing workshops covering themes such as improving sleep, managing anxiety, and practising self-care, using this site as a supportive resource to help young people access information, tools, and guidance whenever they need it. I’m passionate about embedding wellbeing throughout all the services that The Skills Spot offers and hope to see as many young people as possible attend and engage with the workshops.”
