About the Event

A practical workshop to help you understand your strengths and communicate clearly in new situations.

In this practical workshop, Molly from Tools for Tomorrow will help you build the skills that sit behind strong first impressions – understanding yourself, communicating with clarity, and showing leadership in everyday situations.

The session is designed for young people preparing for opportunities like apprenticeships, work, or training – especially those who want to feel more confident talking to employers and navigating professional spaces.

What to expect:

  • Develop self-awareness around your strengths, values, and how you show up

  • Build confidence in communication and presence, both one-to-one and in groups

  • Explore leadership as influence, decision-making, and responsibility, not job titles

  • Practice speaking about yourself in a way that feels natural and confident

  • Gain tools you can use straight away when meeting employers or training providers

This workshop is interactive, inclusive, and designed to help you feel more confident stepping into new opportunities.

Important note: This event is for 16 to 30-year-olds only.
